We recommend using either Office 365 or Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for email hosting. Both of these are reliable, and offer a relatively low cost per user.
Often, when you buy web hosting for your website, you can add email hosting for free. It’s not very reliable and we suggest you avoid this option. All of the email problems we’ve seen from our clients have been related to using the same server for their website and emails.
If you would like help setting up your emails, your IT provider will be able to do this for you. If you don’t have an IT provider (or if you’d prefer), we can set your emails up with Google Workspace for you.
